I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location couldn't be better – it's just a stone's throw away from the beach and the Yacht harbour. I loved being able to easily walk to the sand and sea, as well as being able to admire the beautiful boats in the marina. The hotel's proximity to the port also meant that I had a great choice of bars, shops, and restaurants nearby. Plus, I was lucky to have a room with a fantastic harbour view and a large balcony. It was a joy to sit out there and take in the picturesque surroundings.

My experience at this hotel was wonderful and I couldn't fault a thing.

The best is the location. Also, the price is a reasonable one. However, the swimming pool was non-usable. The address in the reservation is not correct. The correct one is Rue de Mimoza 84. The parking entrance is only at the Boulevar de la Mer! I had a phone talk with the reception to understand this...Also, at the end of your stay, they require the guests to clean the flat.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel in a town by the sea. the hotel had a nice pool, and was located very close to the beach and a harbor area with a supermarket and sport stores. We also enjoyed having a dishwasher in our room and a nice balcony overlooking a beautiful view of the town.

Although the location was great, the hotel had a few issues. the cleanliness of the room was not up to our standards and we had to request for extra towels, but they didn't provide us until the next morning.

The Facilities in the room weregood. The accommodation was spacious and comtortable.The beach was close by and public transport was good by French standards. Good restaurants were almost on site.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - the beach is right across, and there are gorgeous scenic drives from the hotel. There are also several restaurants right by the hotel, and also a grocery store. A local market is held every Saturday right outside the Sokoburu. The staff is also very professional. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in several ways, and she spoke fluent English as well.

The hotel has somewhat limited reception hours, though that did not end up being a big deal for us. But only because we carefully read the hours and planned around them.

We loved the excellent location, just next to the beach and close to the port. Also, the hotel facilities, including the pool, were great. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the fact that it was well equipped with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, it is perfect.

location overlooking harbour was superb. Proximity to vist Spain was excellent with ferry to Hondurribia right outsde the door. Liked we could self cater.

Pull out couch bed was large but could be uncomfortable - not so that I couldn't sleep though. There was no air conditioning and when we left window to balconey open was noisy particularly in the morning.

The residence is brilliantly located, nestled amongst reasonably-priced restaurants and just a couple of minutes' walk from the beach. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Our appartment had a nice corner balcony/terrace, with views of the harbour, Hendaye and Hondarribia.

On the basis of the price and the 4-star rating, I would expect a higher standard of comfort. The room was clean but quite shabby - the roller-shutters didn't operate properly, old furniture that needs replacing, bathroom fittings that are loose, chipped edges on worksurfaces and a laminate floor that's lifting in places. There was no air-conditioning and, since the neighbourhood is quite noisy, sleeping with the windows open wasn't really an option. The shower had no wall bracket, so taking a shower is awkward. There's a dishwasher, but there wasn't even a single dishwasher tablet provided. I'm going to click 'no' for the "would you recommend this hotel" question, but I would revise that to 'yes' if the residence is refurbished.

We had a great city break in this hotel. The location couldn't be better: close to the beach and the city center, with plenty of restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely balcony with a nice view. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including a dishwasher and microwave. We also appreciated the bathtub for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.

There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. The internet was almost unusable, making it difficult to plan our daily activities.

Opening hours of reception are limited. If you arrive after 8.00pm there are no sraff to attend you and you cannot access your room. Advertising of our two apartments was misleading. We booked a two bed and a three bed apartment. We expected a separate room for each of the five adults in our group. Instead we were given a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment. The other adults were expected to sleep on sofa beds in the living room/kitchen. One apartment did not have sufficient towels for each person. The cost of the apartments was high considering what we received. Not value for money. We would not recommend this accommodation.

The hotel also serves a delicious breakfast.

The rooms are spacious and come with an added bonus of a large balcony with a harbor view. The attention to detail, such as having a bath in the room, adds to the comfort of the stay.
